Policies

Welcome! Please review the following policies before booking. These ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

2. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Cash.

If you choose to pay in cash, a 50% deposit is still required to secure your session. We’ll arrange a time and location that works for both of us to meet and complete the deposit before your booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable.

Reschedules: One complimentary reschedule allowed with 48+ hours' notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

4. Turnaround Time

Final edited images are delivered within 1-2 weeks from your session date.

5. Image Usage & Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Mariah Gipp Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights only.

6. Delivery & Storage

Images are delivered via a private online gallery and available for download for 60 days. Please download and back up your images promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, dressing appropriately for their session, and following location or venue rules.

8. Liability

Mariah Gipp Photography is not liable for injuries, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full length of your scheduled session.

If you are late, that time will be deducted from your session, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This helps keep the schedule fair for all clients.

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show, and the session may be canceled without a refund.

10. Contract Requirement

All clients are required to sign a photography contract before a session is officially booked. This contract outlines session details, payment terms, image usage rights, and other important protections for both parties.

No date is considered fully reserved until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
